Headshed utilizes two advisory boards, each with 4-5 professionals within the domains of software development (Technical Advisory Board) and marketing (Marketing Advisory Board). These advisory boards provide us with advice related to strategic and tactical decisions from the perspective of their domains. We believe that these advisory boards contribute greatly to the development of our products, as functionality and user base grows.
NRK – Head of personalized products
Trond has been working with digital and internet for NRK (Norway’s state broadcaster) since 2001, notably heading the product development behind their excellent streaming service http://tv.nrk.no, which is hugely popular to a substantial share of the Norwegian audience. He has since turned his attention to product strategies and the development of personalized data-driven publishing and is heading teams of developers working on the internal logistics of NRKs real-time segmentation and program recommendation.
Sparebank 1 Midt-Norge – Marketing Director (analytical customer dialogue)
Arne has a degree in political science from NTNU and experienced within banking, finance, research and education. His current objective is to optimize customer dialogue through designing effective communication – based on digital footprints. Arne is a real number cruncher and is passionate about creating a better customer experience by analysing and refining sales and marketing activities.
EVRY – Head of Business Banking and Mobile Payment, Digital Banking Services
Kristian has a degree in Economics and Business Management from NHH and has been a consultant in the interface between end users, businesses and technology for 15+ years. His is currently heading a team delivering digital business and mobile payment solutions to the Norwegian banking industry. Banking and fintech is facing a paradigm shift, notably with the introduction of PSD2 in 2018. To Kristian this is a crucial opportunity for change and innovation for businesses, both old and new.
CARAT – Head of CRM
Thomas is widely experienced in CRM, sales and marketing and holds a degree in Marketing. As Head of CRM at Carat, part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, Thomas is focused on an integral approach to analogue/digital channels and choosing the proper tools for the job. With over 17 years of CRM and 1:1 marketing experience, including many award-winning campaigns, Thomas is a trusted resource for numerous respected advertisers in Norway.
NHO – Commercial Director
Harald has 20 years of experience in the ICT industry and has served in several C-level jobs within sales, business development, marketing and management in several Scandinavian companies. He has been involved in company start-ups, turn-arounds, M&A and liquidations. Harald is well-informed with a large professional network and holds a Bachelor in Business Economics from Roskilde University in Denmark.
Jimmy is the co-founder and CEO of Factor10, a Swedish consultancy company. Jimmy is a great software coach, developer and lecturer, and is often seen presenting at software development conferences around the world. He is the author of the book “Applying DDD patterns“. Ivan has an educational background in physics, and a PhD in Marine Civil Engineering. He has been working as a researcher, software developer and data scientist, and is now in the Operational Performance Analytics department organized under COO in Statoil. This unit is heading up the Data Science Core Group – an internal center of excellence for Big Data Mining, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Computing to support the business areas in developing advanced analytical use cases.
