Daniel Bjørnstad Cardona

CCO – Chief Commercial Officer

Daniel is a seasoned strategist and digital innovator with over 25 years of experience in senior roles within banking and financial technology. His extensive background with organisations such as SpareBank 1, Danske Bank, and EVRY has equipped him with unparalleled insight into digital transformation and business development.

As Chief Commercial Officer at Headshed, Daniel drives the company’s commercial growth, with a particular emphasis on strategic expansion and pioneering sales solutions. His blend of strategic vision and deep business acumen plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of sales tools.

Daniel holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, further studies in technology management from NTNU.

Lene Kristine Lynum

Head of Development

Lene leads the development of the Cube software at Headshed, overseeing the development process, acting as a mentor and coach to the developers, and taking responsibility for the quality of the solution.

With a Master’s degree in Cybernetics and Robotics from NTNU, she possesses an exceptional talent for customer communication, user interface design, and solution architecture.

Thomas Brustad

Customer experience manager

As Customer Experience Manager, Thomas plays a key role in enhancing our customers’ experiences and driving the company forward with his unique expertise and background.

Thomas brings extensive experience in sales, implementation, and training of various SaaS solutions since 2011, with a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer and employee experiences. Thanks to his pedagogical background, Thomas is adept at adapting to different environments and ensuring effective collaboration, enabling value creation as quickly as possible.

Torbjørn Slørdal

CEO and Chief Technology Officer

Torbjørn holds overall responsibility for the technology used in the development and operation of Cube at Headshed, while also actively contributing to the solution’s development.

With a Master’s degree in IT from NTNU, he brings extensive experience in software development, operations, team building, and leadership from his time in Statoil’s IT organisation.

Randi Glørstad

Chair of the Board

With 20 years’ experience in growth, development, and leadership both nationally and internationally across a wide range of industries, Randi has led and supported several companies through successful exits, and has also been the acquiring party in other cases. She has a strong track record in integrating business development, technology, processes, and people.

Areas of expertise: Strategy, corporate governance, business development, board and executive management, technology, and change management.

Vegard Kassem Strand

Board Member

With a passion for leadership, entrepreneurship, and international business development, Trondheim-based Vegard K. Strand brings 30 years of experience across industries ranging from technology to music.

Strand has served as CEO, chair/board member, and adviser to software companies. In 2005, together with Willy G. Hernes, Strand launched the UT Project, and since then has helped more than 80 technology companies with internationalisation, increased sales, market penetration, financing, strategy, and more.

Rune Skjei

Board Member

A serial entrepreneur with industry experience in banking and finance, Rune has grown the sales and consultancy company Consort from 0 to 150 employees and achieved a turnover of 65 million NOK. He remains active in the company today, responsible for sales activities and financial management. Rune is also a co-founder of Ille Brød, Bookhus Norge, and Headshed.

Ellen Lippe

Board Member

Ellen is an owner, board member, and former head of development at Headshed. She holds a Master’s degree in IT from NTNU and has 15 years of experience as a software developer at Statoil. Ellen is recognised for her strong expertise in design, code quality, and automated testing.
